Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks or money orders.
Turnaround Time. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. The time needed to ship merchandise may vary according to item shipped, shipping method selected, and time of year. Please allow extra time for personalized or custom items; see item description for details. During peak periods such as holidays, orders may incur additional delays. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns. Earth Doggy disclaims any and all liability for the carrier failing to adhere to delivery days and times.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you prefer Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping, please go ahead and order the item with our regular shipping cost amount and let us know your preference for these services. We will charge the difference in shipping costs to your credit card and send the item to you using the requested method. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with delivery and tracking information.
International Shipping. If the item needs to be shipped outside the continental U.S., go ahead and order at our U.S. shipping rate. We'll contact you via e-mail with the difference of cost for shipping to your destination. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the order and additional shipping costs.
Cancellations. An order may be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled--please wait to receive the item and follow our "Return Merchandise" instructions below. To cancel an order, please call us toll-free at 877-331-9866, or email us at returns@earthdoggy.com, as soon as possible to maximize your chances of stopping the order before it is shipped.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 5 days from the receipt date to request a refund. Please email the refund request to returns@earthdoggy.com, at which time return instructions will be sent to you. You must contact Earth Doggy for instructions in order to receive a refund.
All return items must include: all original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.); original invoice or packing slip. Note that without an invoice or packing slip, we cannot identify the merchandise is yours and will not be able to credit you. Please include original packaging as well, if possible.
PLEASE NOTE: All non-defective, undamaged merchandise will incur a restocking fee of 25%, at our discretion. Restocking fees will not apply if you received the wrong merchandise due to our error. If an item was shipped free and is returned to us, (or part of an order), we will credit the item returned, minus up to $15 in shipping to cover the cost originally shipping the item to you.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you must:
1. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
2. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of $100.00 or more should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Back Orders and Discontinued Items. We attempt to fill each order promptly and completely. However, we may occasionally be out of stock on an item, or an item may have been discontinued as part of the process of updating our product lines. If an item you order is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if the projected delivery date is unacceptable. We thank you in advance for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Privacy Policy. At Earth Doggy we are committed to protecting your privacy. Earth Doggy does not give out, sell, rent or distribute your name, credit card information, address, telephone numbers, or other personal information to other companies. Credit card information is not stored or saved once the order has been processed, unless you request that it be saved by creating an account with us. If you do choose to create an account, you can terminate it at any time.
When you use our Site, we may request your name, street address, telephone number or other "real world" contact information. We use this information to complete and support the immediate activity requested, e.g., to fulfill an order or to send a newsletter, and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed only to our staff and to our immediate agents. If we collect personal contact information (as described above), you may later access it, modify it, or remove it from our system. You may, of course, simply choose not to provide personal contact information by opting out at the point of collection.
As you browse our Site, we may gather navigational and clickstream data that shows what pages are visited and how long various features are used. This information will not reveal your identity or be linked to you personally. We use this information to improve our site and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed only to our staff and to our immediate agents.
