Shipping Information:
- Earth Doggy does ship outside the continental United States, including to Hawaii or Alaska. However, shipping prices may be considerably higher.
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may arrive in separate boxes and may require extra shipping time for custom orders.
- If an ordered item is out of stock and on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide an estimated time of availability for the backordered item.
- Expedited delivery is available, for an additional fee.
- Earth Doggy does not provides tracking information for orders shipped by the the U.S. Mail. For orders shipped via other carriers, tracking information is provided on all email order confirmations. However, if your order does not arrive, please call Earth Doggy Customer Service at 1-877-331-9866 and we will try to find out the reason for the delay.
Exchanges & Returns:
- Earth Doggy wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, If you are not satisfied with you order, please contact Earth Doggy at 1-877-331-9866 and we will be happy to arrange for a return or an exchange of the item.
- Earth Doggy does not sell items that are harmful or unhealthy for you pet. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any dog bed unless the dog bed is returned unused and undamaged. Used or damaged returns will not be eligible a refund.
- If an item arrives damaged Earth Doggy will replace the item at no additional cost.
- All items must be returned in an "unused and original condition" in its original packaging and with all hangtags.
- Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Payment Options:
- Earth Doggy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
- In most cases, an Earth Doggy packing slip will be included with your shipment. Where this is not possible, we will email the packing slip to the address given to us during checkout.
Sales Tax:
- We are required to collect 6% sales tax for all orders that ship to Maryland.
