Big Shrimpy

    The new eco friendly Bogo Bed from Big Shrimpy is actually two beds in one: a cozy berber fleece and a vibrant faux suede. An end zipper and lofty SmartFill® make for a comfortable sleeping spot, no matter which side is up. The zippered cotton-poly fabric inner liner is fully machine-washable with easy access to the washable SmartFill. Cozy and good-looking, value and quality: you don’t have to choose with the Bogo bed!

    Full Circle® Recycling

    Big Shrimpy offers customers the opportunity to participate in its Full Circle program. Customers may recycle any Big Shrimpy product ever purchased.

    Before you take part in our recycling program, we want to make sure you’re aware:

    • Every part of a Big Shrimpy product, including the SmartFill® fiber, is machine washable and dryable. 
    • Big Shrimpy removable bed and crate pad covers, empty inner liners, filled inner liners, and crate pad cushions are all available for purchase separately.

    With these options, your Big Shrimpy bed may last forever! But if, for whatever reason, you have finally decided that it’s time for your worn-out, used-up, Big Shrimpy bed to go…don’t throw it out! Send it in! Big Shrimpy recycle the outer fabrics and SmartFill back into a reusable fiber.

    Recycling Instructions

    Please wash and dry all parts of your Big Shrimpy product, including the SmartFill if applicable, according to our washing and drying instructions. If it’s a bed you’re sending in, you do not need to reassemble it. Just box it up, and mail it to this address:

    Unfortunately we cannot offer reimbursement of shipping costs at this time. We are very proud to be the first and only company to offer recycling of its pet beds, and we know we could not do it without the participation of our customers. Thank you!

    We Think Long-Term

    • Original and Nest beds and their component parts: 3 year warranty
    • Bogo and Basic beds, Landing Pads, and their component parts: 2 year warranty
    • Catalina beds (Classic and Plush styles): 3 year warranty
    • Drift pads and Den pocket bed: 2 year warranty
    • Versa Seat Cover: 1 year warranty

    If one of the above products fails due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period as defined above, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior.

    If an item is damaged by pet behavior after a manufacturing defect becomes evident, the warranty is void.

    Warranty orders must be accompanied by a copy of a dated receipt. Warranty does not cover normal wear on product fabrics (e.g. sleeping surface).

    Warranty Return Procedure:
    Before returning an item for a warranty issue, please contact us to confirm that the situation meets our warranty requirements at  info@bigshrimpy.com.  Please include a photo of the issue with your email.

    After receiving confirmation, please send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, your name, current address, email and telephone number. We recommend that you insure your item on its return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.

    We’ll email or call you when the item has been received and processed.
    Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that we receive a warranty item to review and fix the item, at which time we will ship it back to you.
