    • The liner resists doggie smells from permeating the interior of the bed, and reduces the effects of "accidents" too!
    • Big Shrimpy uses their proprietary SmartFill in the filled liners.
    • SmartFill is a polyester fiber that is recycled without reprocessing, so less energy is used than making virgin fiber or fiber from plastic bottles.

    1. Three years later, I replaced the liner  star rating

      I've had the Big Shrimpy for three years, and it's been in heavy use since day one. It's only now, three years later, that I've had to replace any part of it. The outside still looks great after all this time, but the liner had lost it's life. Nice that Big Shrimpy offers replacement liners at a fraction of the price for replacing the whole bed. The Big Shrimpy definitely lives up to its promises. It's tough, good looking and earth-friendly. We love.

    We Think Long-Term

    • Original and Nest beds and their component parts: 3 year warranty
    • Bogo and Basic beds, Landing Pads, and their component parts: 2 year warranty
    • Catalina beds (Classic and Plush styles): 3 year warranty
    • Drift pads and Den pocket bed: 2 year warranty
    • Versa Seat Cover: 1 year warranty

    If one of the above products fails due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period as defined above, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior.

    If an item is damaged by pet behavior after a manufacturing defect becomes evident, the warranty is void.

    Warranty orders must be accompanied by a copy of a dated receipt. Warranty does not cover normal wear on product fabrics (e.g. sleeping surface).

    Warranty Return Procedure:
    Before returning an item for a warranty issue, please contact us to confirm that the situation meets our warranty requirements at info@bigshrimpy.com. Please include a photo of the issue with your email.

    After receiving confirmation, please send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, your name, current address, email and telephone number. We recommend that you insure your item on its return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.

    We’ll email or call you when the item has been received and processed.
    Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that we receive a warranty item to review and fix the item, at which time we will ship it back to you.
